Why does Citrus Sea Buckthorn naturally settle?
Citrus Sea Buckthorn is made with real fruit-based ingredients, so natural settling or suspended fruit particles may occur.
This is normal.
Shake well before drinking. Best served chilled.
Fresh-Mix Twist Caps
How do Fresh-Mix twist caps work?
Fresh-Mix caps keep the drink mix sealed separately until you are ready to prepare your drink.
Simply:
Peel → Twist → Shake → Enjoy
Always follow the preparation instructions shown on the individual product package.
Do I need a scoop, whisk, or shaker?
No.
Fresh-Mix products are designed for simple preparation without traditional scoops, whisks, or loose powder.
Secure the cap properly, release the mix, shake well, and enjoy.
Will Fresh-Mix caps fit every bottled water bottle?
No.
Bottle neck sizes and thread designs vary between brands, so compatibility is not guaranteed with every bottled water container.
Only use a bottle that fits securely and correctly, and always make sure the cap is properly attached before twisting or shaking.
Can I use Fresh-Mix products with hot water?
Fresh-Mix products are primarily designed for convenient bottled-water preparation.
For the best experience, follow the serving directions listed on the individual product page or packaging.
Stick Packs
How do I prepare YuZenVic stick packs?
Open one stick pack and mix the contents with the recommended amount of water according to the product instructions.
They are designed for easy preparation at home, at work, or while traveling.
Can YuZenVic stick packs be enjoyed hot or cold?
Serving recommendations vary by product.
Golden Calm can be enjoyed warm or chilled.

Storage & Product Care
How should I store YuZenVic products?
Store products in a cool, dry place away from excessive heat, moisture, and direct sunlight unless otherwise stated on the packaging.
Keep individual caps or sachets sealed until ready to use.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@yuzenvic.com.
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the shipping packaging
- A photo of the shipping label, when possible
We will review the issue and help with the appropriate next step.

Where do you currently ship?
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, military addresses, or international destinations.
How much does shipping cost?
Available shipping rates and any free-shipping offers are shown at checkout before payment.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery timing is shown at checkout.
Order processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Delivery estimates may be affected by weekends, holidays, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
How do I track my order?
Once tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address used for your order.
You may also view available order information through your YuZenVic customer account.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Eligible unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Because YuZenVic products are consumable food and beverage products, opened, prepared, partially consumed, or otherwise used products generally cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@yuzenvic.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order before fulfillment begins. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
How do I start a return?
Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
Email hello@yuzenvic.com with your order number to request return authorization and instructions.
