YuZenVic is operated by Hainan Chenhao Trading Co., Ltd. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to YuZenVic and Hainan Chenhao Trading Co., Ltd., as applicable.
We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (collectively, the “Services”).
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services to you.

An order is not considered fully accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we confirm the order.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests before fulfillment begins. However, once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or canceled.
All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Products purchased through our consumer website are intended primarily for personal or household use unless we expressly agree otherwise.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders that reasonably appear to be intended for unauthorized resale, redistribution, export, fraud, or other commercial activity inconsistent with the intended use of our store.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, incorrect or incomplete addresses, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery information are displayed during checkout where applicable.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
When tracking information is available, we will generally send it to the email address associated with your order.
If an order appears to be lost, significantly delayed, damaged, or otherwise affected during shipment, please contact us at hello@yuzenvic.com.
We will review the circumstances and, where appropriate, work with you and the carrier to determine a reasonable resolution.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Additional charges caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

The Services and their content, including trademarks, logos, brand names, product names, slogans, written content, graphics, photographs, videos, product packaging designs, illustrations, website design, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to YuZenVic, Hainan Chenhao Trading Co., Ltd., or their respective licensors.

The names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans associated with YuZenVic may be trademarks or other protected brand assets.

Shopify and other third-party names, trademarks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

We do not necessarily control or monitor such third-party tools.

YuZenVic is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the ecommerce platform and related technology used to operate portions of the Services.
However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and YuZenVic, operated by Hainan Chenhao Trading Co., Ltd.
Shopify is not the seller of YuZenVic products and is not responsible for the quality, safety, delivery, use, return, refund, or performance of products purchased from us.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge that Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for claims arising solely from your purchase of products directly from YuZenVic.
SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information that we collect, use, disclose, or otherwise process through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless YuZenVic, Hainan Chenhao Trading Co., Ltd., Shopify, and our respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or reasonable costs arising from:
(a) your material violation of these Terms;
(b) your violation of applicable law;
(c) your infringement of another person’s rights; or
(d) misuse of the Services attributable to you.
We will provide reasonable notice of a claim where practicable.
This section does not require indemnification to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY

Any unenforceable portion will be severed to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
